Known for it’s great school district, La Canada is home to the Descanso Gardens and Nasa’s Jet Propulsion Labratory dedicated to the exploration of our solar system. Kevin Costner and Miley Cyrus have called La Canada home. The La Canada Town Center is a shopping centers that is known for its various retailers and eateries. The city is situated in the Crescenta Valley and far western end of the San Gabriel Valley. It is nestled between the San Gabriel Mountains and Angeles National Forest on the north, and in the San Rafael Hills on the south.
